BBQ Glaze

Servings:
½ Vegetable
1 Nutritional Supplement

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
¼ medium White Onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp juice from a contemporary Lemon
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsp. contemporary Garlic
1 MWLC Tomato Soup Nutritional Supplement
2 servings Splenda
Pinch of Thyme
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

 

Preparation:
Cook all elements in medium sauce pan besides apple cider vinegar.  Reduce sauce till desired consistency then take away bay leaves and stir within the vinegar.
